4 Proof that the calendar true

Proof that the calendar of our Creator Yahweh and His Word is true

It is very difficult to reconcile the biblical text when a Lunar/Solar calendar is used, because the bible refers to months as first, second, third and up to twelfth month.

Using the Julian / Gregorian or the Jewish / Hillel calendars make is very difficult to understand when events happened in the text and how they are related.

Due to the Sun being the basis of the Zadok calendar, these texts and events fit in perfectly and can easily be understood.

Every year, the Vernal Equinox occurs typically on the 20th March. (Gregorian Calendar)

We will take a closer look at Yahweh’s calendar, taking only the first month of every year and overlay it with the Gregorian calendar counterpart month, the month of March, to view the accuracy over a cycle of 5 or 6 years.

Further to that, we will have a look at how biblical events and feasts (appointed times) fits in to the Zadok calendar.

Below you will see only the month of March from 2014 to 2019 to show the cycle of the Zadok calendar. Remember that March is the first month on the Zadok calendar (beginning of the year) and that each year and season starts on Day 4 (Wednesday).

“This was the day when the sun was created in Genesis 1:14–18.”

The Gregorian Calendar.

According to the Gregorian calendar the month started on Saturday 1st March.

The vernal equinox typically occurs on the 20th March and would rarely occur on 19th or 21st of the month, but never on the 22nd in order that Easter Sunday would never occur before the equinox.

“The dates of the equinoxes change progressively during the leap-year cycle, because the Gregorian calendar year is not commensurate with the period of the Earth's revolution about the Sun. It is only after a complete Gregorian leap-year cycle of 400 years that the seasons commence at approximately the same time. In the 21st century the earliest March equinox will be 19 March 2096, while the latest was 21 March 2003. The earliest September equinox will be 21 September 2096 while the latest was 23 September 2003” - Wikipedia

What about the Zadok Calendar?

According to the Zadok calendar, the new year always begins on Day 4 (Wednesday) and ON or AFTER the vernal Equinox.  In 2014, the Equinox occurred on the 20th March on the 5th day (Thursday).  As explained before, Day 1 of the Zadok Calendar year must begin ON or AFTER the vernal Equinox AND must also start on DAY 4.

Therefore, the first day of the year for 2014 is then 26th March (According to the Gregorian Calendar).

Looking below at 2015 to 2019, you will see that the first day will differ, but will always be day 4 ON or AFTER the vernal equinox.
